Personalized Support That Helps Older Adults Stay Independent

Most families don’t need full-time home care.

They need someone they trust to bridge the gaps.

Why Families Hire a Senior Concierge

Many concierge services help with daily tasks.

Many care managers develop care plans.

Where Do We Begin?

Every client relationship starts with a Comprehensive Care Management Assessment. This allows us to understand your unique situation before recommending services, ensuring that support is personalized rather than one-size-fits-all

During this in-home visit, we'll take the time to understand your goals, current challenges, health concerns, home environment, support system, and any immediate priorities. Together, we'll develop recommendations and discuss the level of support that best fits your needs.

Following the assessment, you’ll receive:

  • A personalized written summary

  • Professional recommendations and prioritized next steps

  • Home safety observations

  • Community resource recommendations

  • Ongoing senior concierge and care management options, if desired

Should you choose to continue with ongoing senior concierge and care management services, a portion of your assessment fee will be applied to your first month of services.

Senior Concierge Services
vs.
Home Health

What’s the Difference?

Home health services typically involve skilled medical care or assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, or wound care provided by a registered nurse or physical therapist.

Senior concierge services focus on care management & coordination, transportation, errands, assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), and other practical assistance that helps older adults maintain independence and stay engaged in their community.

Many families use concierge services to fill the gap between complete independence and full-time caregiving support.

The graphic below compares senior concierge services vs home health care, highlighting where services overlap and how they differ.

Home Health

  • Skilled nursing

  • Wound care

  • Medical treatment

  • Personal care or activities of daily living (ADLs)

Shared Goal

Supporting independence, safety, quality of life while helping older adults remain safely at home.

Senior Concierge
