About Natasha

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Dementia Care Specialist with more than 15 years of experience across military, federal, and community-based healthcare systems.

Professional Background

My background includes active military service in the U.S. Air Force, followed by clinical and leadership roles across federal and community healthcare systems. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped older adults, veterans, and families navigate complex medical, behavioral health, and long-term care decisions with confidence.

My experience includes serving as Officer in Charge of the Family Advocacy Program, providing clinical services for military personnel, their families, and the United States Secret Service, as well as coordinating geriatric care within the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Philosophy

I believe aging services should be relationship-driven, transparent, and grounded in dignity. My role is not to take over, but to guide families through complex systems with clarity and steady support.

As a veteran and clinician, I understand the importance of trust, confidentiality, and steady communication. Sunset Senior Concierge was created to help older adults remain independent while giving families trusted guidance, personalized support, and peace of mind.
